To recognise the hard work of clubs and reward excellence in recruitment, community engagement and increasing the visibility of the sport of model aircraft flying in their locality, regardless of discipline.

Free-Flight, Control Line, RC (FW, rotary, SF) and Drone clubs, including any combinations of disciplines, are all eligible and are to be treated equally.

The form below contains a number of criteria that should be considered when making a nomination, however, it is recognised that every club operates under different conditions and as such if a club is unable to provide evidence for any of the suggestions they will not be precluded from receiving an award.

When considering a club for nomination the following points should be taken into account, and where possible, supporting examples provided in the citation. Not all clubs will necessarily score in all areas. Scoring will be the same for all nominations, using the system as shown on the sections below.
